this is actually not from Sailor Moon series, but i drew her for a fanfic related to Sailor Moon. As you can see, she kinda looks like Usagi.. and i gave her the last name Tsukino, because as I said, I plan to make a fanfic.. more like a movie/manga continuing the Sailor Stars series.. lol.. well, it's not yet happening right now, but it will soon.
for a brief description of her character, she's Usagi's sister out of nowhere.. lol.. well, i haven't planned out the story yet so i can only say that she'll be Sailor Moon's sister. ;p
