you take a pen that hac a nib ( the little part that you gota stick in ink and that you can take off the pen body) you get alllllooootttt of ink on the pen then flick the pen for fast moving afects or let it drip for puddles and such. you always want to tape down a protective sheet of paper around the borders or it will make the pic sloopy and make a mess all over the place.rikusgirl on June 17, 2003, 5:54:45 AM

I used one of those old-fashioned pen that you need to dip in a bottle of ink. I then covered the parts of the picture I didn't want to get ink on with scrap paper. Then I shook the ink-filled pen over the paper in the direction I wanted the blood to spray.fengshui3357 on June 17, 2003, 1:10:55 AM
