Pelly and Phyllis are the mail clerks. Pelly has the day-shift while Phyllis has the night. Pelly is really polite while Phyllis is...well.....not /\_/\'
 
Tom Nook is the owner of Nook's Cranny, witch gradually evolves into better stores as time passes.
