Rose Fields

Rose Petal Fields.

A little sneak peak to a story I'm working on with my boyfriend. I would love to put it together as an animation... This is just a super rough sketch.

The idea came to me once while sitting in my room. I think I may have either fallen asleep or spaced out into fantasy land (not drugs.)

The idea of my story is mostly inspired by a poem by George Eliot:

You love the roses - so do I. I wish
The sky would rain down roses, as they rain
From off the shaken bush. Why will it not?
Then all the valley would be pink and white
And soft to tread on. They would fall as light
As feathers, smelling sweet; and it would be
Like sleeping and like waking, all at once!
