Another Entry for Tuxedo_mini_mask's contest. This little guy is a puppy-version of Mew.

Name: Wuf
Attacks: Wuf only uses one attack, but it is extremely useful and always works…it is called Puppy Breath. It floats over to an enraged Pokemon or human and breathes in their face. The sweet breath causes them to become calm and often has a euphoric side effect as well. Its presence, whether you can see it or not, causes Pokemon to temporarily lose their abilities. When Wuf is around, machines also stop working. It is unknown what causes Wuf to have such control over the attacks of other Pokemon as well as machinery.

Evolution Forms: N/A
Location: Sapharic Region--Mirage Island
Type: Mysterious Legendary Pokemon
Description: Wuf, like Mew, is extremely mysterious and not very much is known about its origins. It is said to only appear when chaos erupts among the Legendaries. Because the Sapharic Region has more Legendaries then any other Region, they need a ‘peacemaker’ among them in case the Powerful Legendary Pokemon decide to test their power. Wuf is a peaceful Pokemon and is thought to be very playful.
