Lochryah *Pokemon Contest*

Another Legendary for Tuxedo_mini_Mask's Pokemon Contest. That brings my tally up to 8 Legendaries!

This is Lochryah (Pronounced Lock-ree-ah). Inspired by the Loch Ness monster.

Name: Lochryah

Attacks: Unknown…thought to have same attacks as Lapras.

Special Attacks: Deep Sea Dive (able to dive deeper then any other living Pokemon. Can withstand extreme water pressure that would normally crush other creatures. Often used to rescue sailors who have been knocked unconscious.) Also thought to have the ability to speak to humans.

Evolution Level: Unknown

Evolution Forms: Evolves from Lapras

Location: The Warm waters of the Sefaric Region is this creatures’ favorite place to hang out, though it does leave occasionally in search of people lost at sea.

Type: Water/Legendary

Description: Recently discovered, this Pokemon was spotted off the coast of the Indigo Plateau. Those who seen it incorrectly classified it as a hybrid; a cross between Lapras and Lugia. Further studies show that this creature is not a hybrid at all, but rather an evolution of Lapras. Fecal studies show that this particular Lapras had become lost in the Sefaric Region; an odd place for a Lapras to be, as they prefer colder waters. The Lapras ate some of the fruit that fell into the water; fruit only found on the Evolution Islands. The protein in the fruit caused Lapras to Evolve into Lochryah. There has never been another case of a Lapras found in the Sefaric Region, so the Lochryah is the only one of its kind. It is thought that this Pokemon in the only creature that can defeat a Mermagon; the horn on its head being powerful enough to stab through Mermagon’s bone-shielded heart. This Pokemon is non-aggressive and spends most of its time rescuing people lost at sea.
