If you've seen this pic: http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-715697.html then you know what a Tygember is. The one in that pic is a male; this one, on the other hand, is a little female.
Note that this female will evolve into this: http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-715700.html The male version of Blazziger is as different to a female as a male Tygember is to a female.
This little girl in particular is Minerva. She belongs to my Pokemon Trainer OC, Carl De La Monte, who can be seen featured on my profile page.
This is also so Leo can see the extreme difference between a male Tygember and a female Tygember; even more different then the 2 sexes of Nidoran.

wow I love it! do you want me to grade this version too? or just keep the scores the same as the male lol XD?this is VERY good and I LOOOVE How you drew it with a more gental perceptive. I think this is one of my fav pokemon you have drawn so far ^_^
