Description
I've drawn this Pokemon once before with Ash, but ever since, I've wanted to draw it again by itself (so I can add it to my Pokemon list).

Name: Thyligon ('dragon' and 'thylicine'; a tasmanian wolf/tiger that's been extinct for decades).
Attacks: Unknown--thought to posses Electric and Dragon-type attacks.
Special Attacks: Red Electricity (causes other Electric-type pokemon to double in level and evolve when zapped.)
Evolution Level: Unknown
Evolution Form: Unknown if Thyligon Evolves.
Location: Fossilized eggs discovered in Sapharic Region.
Type: Electric/Dragon
Description: Thought to be extinct for millions of years, very little is known about this fossil Pokemon except that it produced Red Electricity, which causes fellow Electric-type Pokemon to double in level and evolve. Fossilized eggs can be found in the Sapharic sea.

What a cool combination! ^^Is he khaki green, or more of a sagey brown colour? My eyesight's not particularly sharp...
