he caught the disease from a green monkey that bit him ^^. don't ask me if it really WAS green, or is just a misnomer,I just read it somewhere. so yes, you can all attack me for my complete utter lack of sufficient (did i spell it right?) knowledge to say anything worthwhile. Jeeze. i talk FAR too much.

BeastBoy's always been human, actually. When he was younger he contracted a deadly desease that only animals were known to survive. In a desperate move, his father injected him with a new DNA splicing formula that gave him every known animal's DNA, and it saved him. When it was over, though, he remained green as a side-effect of the cure. When his parents were killed, it enraged him to such an extent that he form-shifted, and became known as BeastBoy, and even later Changling. Thought you should know. Good pic, though.
