I drew this days ago, I forgot to put it on FAC, but, a day or two before I drew this, I saw a pic that someone drew of Rouge, and I thought they made her look cute, so I decided to draw Rouge and make her look cute. ^^ I decided to give her a Chaos Emerald. This took a while... it was done on Paint... Please say nice things.
