Yay!!! A Harry Potter picture by Saiyaku!! lol, anyways, the background is fitting. Adding a shadow was a great idea! ^-^ The swirly magic effects are kool!!! I luv your borders and backgrounds! o^-^o The colouring and shading of the clothes is the best!!! *glomps you* Seeing great art makes me so happy!!! Nice touch with the belt! and connecter thingy!
