*sniffs* I had only watched the first four episodes of Fullmetal before I became bored... but I was then going to go see the movie with a whole bunch of Fullmetal geeks. One of them just happened to have the complete collection of Fullmetal DVD's, so he and his other fan friends were telling this one kid who had never seen Fullmetal before the short version of the series. (they did this as they skipped from one DVD to another.) So I was 'over hearing' this conversation when I heard that Hughes had died. I almost cried on the spot, but then his alter form was in the movie so I was like yay!!
