My OC that my friend, Charlie made up for me! ^_^ I did this with a sharpie which I rarely do. *shrugs* The style didn't exactly turn out how I hoped but I suppose it's okay. Plus, I used Slygirl12's pic "I'm So Evil" as a reference for the smiles. I don't usually draw people with smiles. It was kind of weird.
