A whiney, man-whorish, quite possible narcoleptic, dog! Okay, maybe not. <br />
But he does tend to fall asleep randomly, and really, what would you call that thing he pulled in Peshamba? <br />
Plus, there's that time when he kissed Claidi. And hit on Winter. And that random Hulta girl. And did I mention he's married? That too. <br />
Okay, maybe not so exaggerated.<br />

And, uh, don't ask me about the unnaturally gold color of his hair. It's probably not his real hair color anyway, so who cares? <br />

The title's from Wolf Wing, where Claidi describes him as being "formally recognized as Useless" with a capital U. He sulks about this, of course.
