Yes Lunara again. As you should know she is the goddess of war and she doesn't want Teall Syntyche to become angel, fallen or a regular one. On the other hand, Rylan Inruo took a liken to Teall so he is trying to turn her into one of his kind, fallen angel.<br />
She usually doesn't wear this outfit. Only when the council is meaning. She is one of the "top ten."<br />
she has all of her weapons and armor on because one of the "top ten" was murdered during the meaning. And....<br />
