This is Kitty Chen. (Kittiara is her full name, but she doesn't ever use it only Koenma's dad ever does.)
She's an OC from a Yu yu hakusho fanfic i'm working; it's called 'One night only'.

-"Hey, how are ya holding up?" Yusuke asked as he sat down next to Kurama in the garden.
"I miss her, It hurts to to see her and know how close we once were. It hurts to be able to remember everything while she doesn't.But i keep telling myself that in time she'll love me again. After all true love can survive everything...at least that's what i was taught. What about Hiei?" Kurama said.
"Hard to say. When he isn't out all day and night he locks himself in his room and just sits there on the windowsill with her MP3-player listening to the songs on it. If we see him at all he doesn't say anything. I'm worried. I'm out of ideas on what to do with the little guy." Yusuke said hanging his head staring at the ground; fists shaking as a single tear slid down his cheek.
"I'll try and talk with him." Kurama said smiling. He knew King Yemma's (is that the name of koenma's dad??????)decision would be hard on Hiei, but he never thought that his friend would suffer like this.

Anyways! Kitty Chen or kitten as Kurama calls her. Is half cat demon, 25 procent water demon and 25 procent energy demon.
She'll become Kurama's girlfriend in the story and is a friend of Hiei's girlfriend; Kim Yung.

I've got great plans for this story! All i need is time and some more inspiration!!
