Atsuke Kikuo

just started watching the series and am enjoying immensely. my try at drawing an OC for this series with the computer.

Character BIO (AN: All names are written firstname last. So the mother's name is Atsuke Yukiko, then her first name is Yukiko)

Name: Atsuke Kikuo (ki-ku-o)
age: 12
Length: 4"11 (around 140 cm)
hair: red-brown, long usually down when training or fighting in tight bun near top of head.(even though it eventually ends up getting loose again)
eyes: Green
Abilities:
-Blood limit ability Kokoro no Shinzui (heart of spirit), this ability allows her to tell what people are feeling and when used as a weapon she can make them feel what she wants them to feel or even transfer her emotions on them. The downside of this talent is that it leaves her wide open for genjutsu attacks and that when she doesn't summon this blood limit it's still in some way active and makes her sensitive to other people's emotions which sometimes causes her senses to be flooded because to many emotions coming in all at once.
-She's trained every day since THE DAY and as such is a master in the Aikido hand to hand combat style and the double sword technique.
-chakra crossbow, she carries a small crossbow which fires small arrows made of chakra.

Weapons: Shuriken, kunai, twin Katana's carried at her side they can be placed onto each other to form one katana, two smal metal fans, a small crossbow that she can fire using her chakra and her mother's bo-staff.

Info: Before her birth Kikuo's mother who came from the fire country was according to tradition in her hometown wedded off to a man from the earth country and went with him to his home. However when Kikuo their first child was born Yukiko was posed with a problem; there was a chance that her new baby wasn't the child of her husband and she was very tense because her husband wasn't known for his family love. Kikuo was born and to her mother's relief looked like the spitting image of her mother with her red-brown hair and green eyes. Yukiko and Hayate had 4 sons together after Kikuo.

time passed for the family and Kikuo grew up to become a happy little 4-year-old. Then everything changed when it turned out she possessed not only her mother's blood limit but also things that suggested Goki Hayate was not her father. Hayate was furious at this and when Kikuo turned 5 and showed more and more traits that were neither from his or Yukiko's side of the family he became enraged. He beat up his wife while he had Kikuo and her brothers watch bound to a chair. Then he used his own blood limit and forced his daughter into Killing her mother and brothers. Kikuo forced to do this Kikuo loses it and her blood limit abilities go haywire. No one knows exactly what happened but when they finally found the family the mother and sons lay dead on the floor, the father was gone and amidst a large puddle of blood sat the 5-year-old Kikuo crying her entire body covered in cuts and the name Hayate carved in deeply in her back.

The medical ninja's of the village healed her up but the name in her back was carved in such a way that it would become a permanent scar and Kikuo was now blind, though nothing was wrong with her eyes. The Medical ninja's suspected post traumatic blindness and said it could be permanent. Kikuo now leaves her home town to do as her mother asked her upon awakening her that night. 'Go to Kohona and find my friend. You remember him don't you? Good, he'll protect you.'

With those words in mind she left to find a man whom's name she doesn't remember and whom she can only identify one way.

family: Mother, 4 brothers, father (it's uncertain whom), gran-gran.

Mother: Atsuke Yukiko (21), shares her daughter's look. Her friend and secret love interest was Hatake Kakashi and her first child is thought to possibly be his child and not Hayate's. Hayate when realizing what his wife had hidden from him goes over the top and forces his daughter to kill her mother and baby brothers.
4 brothers (3, 2, 1/2): Kikuo had four brothers two of 3, one of 2 years and a baby of 6 months, but her father forced her to kill them along with her mom.
Gran-gran (59): her grandmother who lives in the fire country somewhere and has disowned her granddaughter for what she did and for the possibility of being a bastard child which is a severe crime in Gran-gran's town.
Father (??): no one not even Kikuo knows for sure who is really her father but she knows who she doesn't want it to be. She's sworn to find some way to get out of Hayate's blood limit curse (the name carved in her back, it ties her to him and if he's near her he can still control her through it).

Okay enough now this is getting way to long.
