Psycho Sniper Volty

Hell, it's been a long time since I've put art up on here. And for good reason. I needed the time away, and to be honest, I still do. But, I shall be coming on more regularly, so I shall try and put some images up. Even if it isn't once every week, I shall prove I am still alive.

Anyhow, this is Volty, who had enrolled for the Army and is now in the Sniping division. And his eyes, well lets just say that he should get the first shot and first kill, unless you wanna see his other side.
