your art work.... needs help.. a lot more so then some of the other people here. but i still think i can help u out. 1st off, lay off the comics untill you can get drawing both people and backgrounds down, jsut having your guys walk around in white space is.... not very awsome. second, try practicing drawing muscles instead of those noodles arms. cloths have folds. now to my next point. you should try and practive the 8 head lengths figure. that is very easy, ill tell you how to do it, step by step.
1: take your paper and divide it into 8 equal parts.

2: draw the head so it takes up 1 whole part (you are left with 7 now)

3: draw a streight line down from the center of the head to about half way down the 4th section. now draw a horizontal line thats about the length of the head.

4: go back up to section 2, just under section one, draw anthoer horizontal line thats about 2 head lengths long ((the space between section 1 and 2 is the length of the neck, so ajust it to your liking))

5: draw the arms, starting at the edge of the horizontal line in section 2. these lines should go down about 1/4th of the way into section 5

6: the legs start at the edges of the horizontal line in section 4. they should go down half way into line 8, the rest of line 8 is the feet.

now you have a basic stick figure, just make circles for joints and connect them, then add muscle, then detail. and you have a person
