Going to Hogwarts!!~

Ok, this is entering the “Going to Hogwarts” fanfic that Puppzze is writing. Well it’s not actually a competition is it? Just giving her a character to put in it. I’m so lazy I can’t be bothered writing my own fanfic :P so, I’ll just pass on my character to someone who’ll devote time to it! Good luck Puppzze!

From Australia- attended muggle primary school and completed long distance education with her older brothers to age of 12.

Rutter seems quiet, but is smart-arsed in nature. Used to playing by herself when she was young, Rutter is a lone wolf and finds it hard to make friends even though she is polite and open-minded, mainly because she is highly mature for her age, though. She is mostly serious-faced, and makes many sarcastic remarks when she does talk.

Also likes to play trivial pranks on people, ones where she usually doesn’t get into trouble for it, and mostly innocent fun. Has a knack for getting detentions though she is a bright student.

Lazy with homework.

Stands up to people when she feels she’s needed- seen as a fight-starter.

Her passion comes out through her studies and artwork, and excels at what she calls ‘Henge’- a mixture of Transfiguration and Charms principles, this spell is an ancient oriental illusion her brothers used for pranks, and that she’s copied. It cloaks her in the illusion of another person, but she has not actually transformed into that person.

To perform this spell, the user must make a diamond with their hands and say ‘Henge’, usually very loud, for it is will that makes the illusion realistic. Can be performed non-verbally. This spell is ancient and highly advanced, few people know of it, and is usually passed down in families, which has happened in Rutter’s case. The downside of this illusion spell is it doesn’t change your height or voice.

*Henge um, kinda from anime, Naruto, don’t have to put it in if you don’t want to. Wouldn’t a Naruto/HP crossover be awesum!

Rutter’s father is from a long bloodline of chiefs, and because of this old magic blood she possesses high potential in the wizarding world, as do her brothers. All three siblings inherited a special talent from their father which they call amongst themselves ‘Darkness’. It is the ability to control and manipulate shadows though for each sibling it differs in strength and use. This is because her father’s bloodline is distantly related to vampires, and she finds out this later in her year/s at Hogwarts.

For her brothers- Alexander and Adam, they can immobilize people through their shadows, or use a shadow to attack and defend. The shadow becomes solid to his touch and becomes any shape of his will. Alex is the eldest, and works in the Ministry of Magic, however what he does in unknown to Rutter.

Rutter can cloak herself in any shadow that’s around, however unlike her brothers, she can merge shadows into her dark hair, giving her long hair if she wants. Not that her brothers want long hair…She also can’t use shadows as weapons because she hasn’t had the need to learn. But maybe…in the future… (foreshadowing!)

All in all, she seems unfriendly at first, but after getting used to people she slowly relaxes around everyone.
