Well, if you don't understand, I'll explain. I just saw Napolean Dynamite (for the millionth time) then I noticed that Napolean looked a bit like Ray, so I thought it would be funny to draw a picture of Ray dressed as Napolean. Yes, I know, it's yet another one of my stupid ideas, but please tell me what you think...

Now that you mention it, Ray does look like Napoleon. He also looks a little like Mikey in a way too. Well, He came out awsome and it's the best chibi I've seen of Napoleon/Ray :)
