Coated Fish

Kouga always irritated me... and I wanted so bad to see him grabbing Kagome's hands when they were dirty.

"Coated fish"  is when you bath fish pieces in a batter of eggs and a rough flour (which is usually made with stale, roasted breads), before frying the fish. You can do it with beef and chicken pieces, too.  There are Japanese and Chinese plates made like this, and it is very appreciated in Brazil, my land.
