Teacup: LIEK TEH WHOA, this pic is old. Drew it way back when... Hmm. The whole Peeves thing was kind of an inside joke with the HP fandom on the HP website's forums, so I won't be surprised if no one gets it. I'll be more surprised if someone DOES get it, actually...
