Phew! I finally got this done! I just never felt like getting around to making this because the fur took me forever, even though it isn't that great. Yep, after I made it I couldn't deside what background to do. It's supposed to be expanses of bare ground, if you couldn't tell. Manectric's just runnin', and he's mad for some reason. Well, I hope you like it!
