I'm REALLY pleased with how this guy turned out. Like, I wasn't sure how to go about making good colours for an albino, but I've had more than one person mistake me for an albino, so I just used the colours I use on myself. XD

I like his hair. I tried to get creative than just my average mohawk that I draw. I also wanted to make him insect like.

That thing on his hip, I might add, is an "N" he received for having a name. Of course, I'll only go into detail on all that upon request. XD

Twenty-eight-sixty was once in a tribe down in the Bone Yard, but was thrown out for reasons he never revels, quite possibly the necrophilia thing. >_< From that point he took up living in the sewer to protect his delicate flesh from the sun. He found that down there, he had access to most points of the Wasteland, and even the rest of Bartholomew, making him able to collect various items and barter them throughout different tribes. Because of his sickly nature and banishment from others, he soon became known as "The Leper". Unfortunately, Prodigies considered this to be taking a name, and he was promptly punished for it. Since then, his reputation has warped him into a pretty undesirable little character...
