He really is. =/ And since it is him being mean to himself, I can't say I feel as sorry for him as I would in this situation.

In case you're wondering, he's doing the weird bulimic punishment thing where he eats until he's beyond sick to punish himself, then shows mercy to himself by purging. -_-

The ipecac hasn't taken effect yet (I imagine he's JUST taken it, that stuff doesn't take too long, so I've heard. XD), so his belly's still full of food. Realistically, his stomach probably wouldn't swell that much...I don't think he has that much stomach TO swell that much. XD I think his stomach shriveled away years ago...

BUT, that's probably how he feels. :D He looks pregnant. 0_o Lucky for him I'm not into that kinda thing. XD
