Psychweasel wanted me to draw more Skinny, and I was wanting to draw Harley for him, so I compromised and made him a gift. XD It looks lovey-dovey, but it's not supposed to. Skinny is just supposed to have a weird way of showing platonic friendship, and I was going for symmetry. SO MUCH FOR THAT. Sorry, Harley. ;_; Hope you like it anyway!
