Just a character I'm working on for a NumbersRUs related RP me and DoctorBollocks are gonna do over at The Wasteland.
Basically he lives in The Casino and gambles money that he finds against Prodigies as a way of sticking it to the man. Loopholes in the laws protect him for the most part and he finds this funny. He's also a love interest for Dr. B's character. :D
