What's the point of having one giant eye for a head of you can't use it to stare into people's souls and hypnotize them? XD ICU doesn't really have that power, but he wishes he did. I guess that's lucky for us that he don't.

That shirt he's wearing is based off of a real shirt. It's just altered to match his fashion sense. XD
