So I've been replaying Earthbound for the thousandth time when I realized...I should totally draw one of these guys. XD He's my Earthbound fan character or something I guess, because I tend to make fan characters for games that I like, even old SNES ones. I call him Truffles. Because. So there.

He's an ABBA fan too, just because as well. He just seems like one.

You'll probably never see him again after this drawing. :I I dunno if I like that background or not. I got it off of Google. I'll delete if you think he'd look better without one...
