I'm not sure what they're looking at, but it's got them freaked out. XD ANYWAY, I thought it'd be fun to draw Milt with another cool TV headed guy...Twitch. He belongs to KeroTheStrange.

I think it's funny how colorful Twitch is compared to Milt, not to mention how tall. XD

That background is very busy. I can post a less busy version if you like...
