this is better than your last one, but it still has problems: the nose is too pointed and her eye brow extends too far towards the back of her head, her ear's too round and the wrinkles in it are a wee bit messed up, her hair shading needs to choose which side of the hair it wants to be on and she needs a little bit more of a reflection and background.
