It think you did a great job on the ancient thing. I kind of see an egyptian thing going here. Mabye a slightly modern cleopatra?

This is intersting. If it's a digital file, try spreading the words out in random & unobtrusive placment so they can be bigger. A different font color/shade might work better

actually...part of it is a drawing. what i did was i took a picture of a person from magazine and cut out a part of it and actually drew that cut off part on different paper..put it all together and add some more affect to it..like the golden paper that u see shining off from the picture. i took a snap of the finished artwork thru digital camera and that's the reason why it's flashy!! well...just added some border and text in it using the ulead software. ^^
