The extra-stringy hair works with this kind of picture; usually I don't like it. That eye and brow are both full enough. However, that little dash near her nose bugs me because it looks so random. If you didn't mean to do that, be a little careful, but if you did, okay.
Overall, this one is mysterious.. just an eye, nose, and hair...
