Reinette from The Girl in the Fireplace. Drawn for kikibug13, unfortunately still only half finished - it'll hopefully end up being the Doctor/Reinette but I sort of like her as she is.

Very lovely shading, you've given her a lot of shape and the flow of the hair is quite nice. Everything's very nicely drawn, although the ear is a little small. Otherwise, good work.
