Cartman's replacement for the Kamehameha

Remember near the end of the South Park movie when Cartman was electrocuting Saddam with his faulty V-chip by cussing him out? X3 That reminded me of DBZ so much that I felt like I just HAD to do this :P

I don't hate Veggie-sama, I know Goku probably doesn't even know words that obscene, and I know that the movie offended people. No flames, please.
