lo and behold.. its a tree by a lake. who's not seen one like this before?<br />
not bothered to sign it because it's not unique in any way..<br />
nevertheless i kind of liked the pink.<br />
screwed up a bit on the water trying to be reflective there.<br />

True this is perhaps not as strong a piece as the Maple Trees, but it is still visually impressive. If I was to criticise your oil work, then I would comment on the composition of the objects in your landscape. You obviously have a strong awareness about how to portray mood in the muted colours. Painting in oil is a smelly and messy practice, it also takes ages to dry. I commend your patience. A good end result. You have my respect.
