Memorial Tattoo

...I noticed, but if she told the tattoo artist beforehand, that would be an easy fix, lol =)
The face is really beautiful. And for some reason I am particularily fond of her ears ^_^
...Now I wanna go look at my dad's sleeves again, darnnit =(
I love tattoo work- there's so much you can do with it, and it can really look beautiful (my fither's one side of skulls, not so much, but they are remarkably well done) ... I think it helped me want to be a tattoo artist at one point, lol XD
I'm sure she'll love it.
As i'm also sure that the particular guy with the music tat also loved his XP

I wasn't terribly pleased with my version. Which is why it is hiding in it's sketchbook, never to see the light of day. I was trying to dissuade him from getting one like I designed- yay tattoo knowledge! XD
...I don't know if I would. I like change too much. I'd end up looking at it one day, trying to scrub it off in the shower, realize that it does not in fact come off with Johnson & Johnson, then utter a few choice words.
That's the plan anyways ^^

I agree. People ask me sometimes what I would get if I ever DID get one.

I tell them that I'd get a small clock face on the corner of one of my palms.

That way, I'd always have time on my hands.

My father has one tattoo...there's an eagle of one of his arms...9_9

Other than that...I don't have many tattooed relatives. I doubt I'd ever get one myself.

but this is really a nice piece
if you have a way of working on this on the computer (photoshop if you use it) then it would be a pretty quick fix for a second draft
also the skin is light enough that you could probably disguise it with the wing over the arm it might even make the wing look slight translucent

Yes. I would have done such, but I wanted to get it to the girl before the end of the tri.

I figured, she liked it, and I didn't charge her, so I can accept it.

Not that I don't think it wouldn't look good. ;) The colours are all so soft and lovely and you've shown so much with just a few simple lines. ^_^

Yup yup. She's getting it on her back. She's going to do it peice by peice though (as she gets the money).

I've had a few friends ask me to draw their tats...though I've yet to see any actually ON them. Some are going for their Birthdays, which have not yet come to pass.

Besides this one, I've drawn a couple of birds for one friend, and a musical tat for another.

Same here. I've drawn a few tattoo designs for people but never actually seen them done. =(

I think I'd have some of your art as a tattoo. =) Maybe a chibi Batman or something. XD

dont see mistake but mabye the fact you cant really do softing to solid colours (sun you have done a really purty shade out thing) like you can only do solid colours in tattoo but i love it!!!!

well teh way i understamd it a tattoo can only use solid colors. in your sun you go r\from a dolid colour to a not really solid color. like when you cshade the shading is not always solid.

i really like it thought teh sun and teh fairy and teh girl handing from teh fairy.

I actually have a few friends that have shading in their tattoos. This isn't the first I've designed. ^_^
