Description

I was required to do a color layout for my Portfolio class. My instructor told me to make a product, and do a page like a magazine ad. The only magazines I get however, are Shonen Jump. Their ads are typically for Video Games…so…I created a video game for my layout. I looked at various ads to see how they arranged things…and what sort of content they had…and I came up with this.

I REALLY like it.

D8 You seem to be required to do a lot of pieces for your portfolio.

But I guess that's good in a way. At the end you'll have a portfolio of some tasty treats to show. ;)

I think you captured a video game art perfectly. ^_^ There are a lot of game ads in comic books...and I've been known to read one or two of those now and then, so I know how they look. And this looks spot on.
