Jake and Amelia

So I decided to have another go at drawing a guy (referenced of course) and added a girl in the mix. So I decided to draw another one of my original characters.. well both of them.

The overall anatomy doesn't bother me as much as their faces. I really hate lips, eyes, noses, and ears. Ughhhhh. Ughhhh ughhh ughhhhhhhh.

I'm also torn for the guys name, it's either going to be Jake or Jack. I like Jack because it's simple enough, but at the same time too ordinary. Jake is the same except it seems too modern. Like the girl, I'm totally cool with Amelia because it sounds classy and cool at the same time. I honestly have no idea what to name the guy though. It might not even end up being Jack or Jake. Anyways this is a more realistic version of the guardian of sun and stars. This is still a work in progress because it annoys the crap out of me.
