Water at it's finest 3 WIP

Lately I've been going back and drawing some of my older oc's here's Chelsea the Guardian of Water.

I'm trying not to make too much of a drastic change to her, I still want her to look recognizable to when I drew her. Keeping the same hair style, similar costume and such.

Once again it's still really messy, it's kinda how I work. I sketch out a bunch of shapes and try to recreate a picture and then I keep making a bunch of lines until I get the curve/shape that I want. (Yes I still do this when I have a reference)
