LOLOL pirate! His eyes look uber neat and I like the checker board pattern behind him. I uberness like how you did the shading, it's really interesting! I muchly like his outfit, especially his shoes. His hair and bandana thing are also pretty neat! Yupyup, a really nice character design. I just have one little problem. The planet on which the story takes place is missing a large body of water. There's a fountain and a factory that specially combines hydrogen and oxygen to make the water everyone needs to survive, but I'm not sure how to make a pirate with zero crime rate and zero water (unless he wants to build a ship small enough to float in the fountain. It is a rather nice fountain).
