Nice, I think you do some really good animations! I like the wings and the detailed and smooth animation this is, and the way the bird's body lifts; very accurate. My only tip is that it looks a bit weird with its feet stretched out; usually when birds fly, the feet are curled up some. :)
Not sure if it'd be easy to fix that or not, but it doesn't take away from the fact that this is still a really nice animation. :)
