Almost in time for the chinese new year. I drew the lineart a while ago but finally started work on it. It took FOREVER due to all the textures everywhere.
The stone dragon I added in at the last minute. I like how it contrasts with the golden one.
I felt it was time to make a new addition to my peacock girls. :3

;P My family is going to the Vietnamese New years festival to eat and hear some possibly good music tonight. I do not partially like the loud noise and crowds, but it is a great cultural experience nonetheless. You portrayed the New Years brightness and beauty quite well!Her hair shaping like peacock feathers is a nice touch! I am amazed! *favs* Keep it up!

That is really pretty!!! I love her dress and all the detail in the dragons too. The only thing that is bugging me is her legs...I cannot tell what direction one is facing lol
