New Year Valentine

For OPX 10, request 1: "Miss Valentine in a stylish evening dress."

Though I can't design a dress to save my life (all I was thinking was "give her a deep V-neckline!")

What I pictured was Miss Valentine and Mr.5 going out to celebrate New Year's and someone asking to take her picture (probably that "I love Miss Valentine" marine). So she's happily posing. I also added Sanji since he was requested 2/3 times. You just KNOW he'll put the moves on her at some point if he hasn't already.
