Now he's afraid to go back to the restruant,

This is second part of the comic along with an altered version of the end of the Polk-A-Dot Bikini song. The first half of the comic had an altered version of the chorus.

The other reminder quotes are "Other people see it too!" and "French-fry woman!" (my favorite is still "Hallucinations!")

(p.s. It's the waiter, Parker, who's turning blue. He's screaming too much and therefore turning blue from lack of oxygen.)
