hehe... Awww but he's cute! This isn't bad for paint at all ^^ I've never done anything with paint XDD! The shading isn't bad, you've deffinently got the concept of it ^^ I muchly like his eyes. He reminds me of my char Sujoy cos he has green eyes and black hair XDD! Plus the hair over part of his eye kinda makes it look like he can;t see and Sujoy is blind. But it's nice how the hair is actually over the eyes. I see a lot of ppl that put hair under the eyes, so you can properly see the eyes and so it's not a pain to mess with the hair. Still, it makes me think, wao, that must be painful, shouldn't they be yelling, "OMG AHHHH THERE'S HAIR UNDER MY EYEZZ!" Anyways, cute piccy! It looks way better than the first ones I did when I joined ^^
