kay, liek
a fragment of a furry image popped in my head at home, i drew it, and it turned into a pokemorphic pikachu, so i came over to my internet place, and painted it on oekaki, without the drawing though.
still managed to capture the look, which is so very hard for me to do, even WITH reference. butterfree kicked my @$$, so he sucks. pricky effin butterfly. doesn't deserve proper rendering.
he's only there because i figured she ought to be looking at something.
oh gawd, furry fetishes.
pikachu copywrite of Pokemon and that whole mess, but you know all that, the point is I don't claim i made pikachu, which you ought to already know.

http://iartthetruth.com/oekaki/ that's the link to the site, the pic, and the animation. you may have to scroll down to find it. there's some mucking about in the beginning, just be patient.

Trinity_FireAww, I think that's really great! The pikachu-morph came out looking amazing, haha. And wow, your oekaki-ing skills are really amazing~ I love the soft shading, and the Butterfree looks just fine, if you ask me. ;D
My tip is, try to not use the "blur/smudge" tool so much, as the crisp edges of some lines and the softness of others tend to confuse the viewer. Stick to watercolor if you're going to make it soft, and sharpen the edges to the main focus of the picture will stick out a little better from the BG.
But overall, really lovely! I like the tones-effect on her jeans, and the tilt of her face and the pretty BG fit nicely with the colors you picked~♥

thedudedisturbedi just use the airbrush, textures weren't working with the other brushes.
no blur tools were used in the making of this picture.
thanks for the tips though.

Trinity_FireAh, I see. Really nice, then. Airbrush is really soft for shading, but for the outside lines, I think it's better to use watercolor or something else with just a slightly soft edge, but mostly crisp. Real nice, though. (I don't do too much with Shii myself; I mostly stick to PaintBBS, haha)
