Description
Took about half a day to do this. Just because I had to wait for the watercolors to dry so I could layer them and then add colored pencil. I'm not quite sure where this came from. I think it looks a little Irish. My sister thinks she looks french. And very much like Scarlett O' Hara. Maybe so...But she's missing something or someone. It's a melancholy picture despite it's bright colors.
