Tis my character, Colina. I finally got Photoshop CS2 so, I figured I'd scan in something new and play with it. XD
This is 100% traditionally inked. The only digital bit is the colors of the lines.
Perhaps I'll dig out my good old colored pencils and color it for real, perhaps not. What do you think?

That's really nice work. Save for a few details, she reminds me of one of my OC, Lady Xera. But, you don't have to take my word for it.
